Ingredients

  • Rajma 1 bowl


  • Salt 1/2tsp


  • Hing 1/5tsp


  • Whole garlic 5 cloves


  • Garlic paste 1tsp


  • Ginger paste 1tsp


  • Onion paste 1cup


  • Tomato puree 1cup


  • Red chilli powder 1tsp


  • Turmeric 1tsp


  • Garam masala 1tsp


  • Salt 1 tsp


  • Rice 1 bowl


  • Salt 2 tsp


  • Water 5 bowl


  • Oil 1tbsp

Directions

  • Take a rajma wash and keep a side.
  • Take a pressure cooker put 1 glass of water,salt,whe garlic add rajma take 2 whistle gas off.
  • Then pressure released then add water and boil rajma for 30 minutes.
  • Take a rice wash and soaked at 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes take a vessel add water and salt then water boil put soaked rice and cook water drain then rice ready.
  • Take a wok put oil then add garlic saute add onion paste saute till golden brown then add all spices,tomato puree and ginger paste mix then add boiled rajma saute 5 minutes.
  • Then add rajma released water and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Then serve Boiled Rice With Rajma.
